Q: What changes are happening, and how will this affect my order?

A: The U.S. and Chinese governments have announced a 90-day pause on current tariff regulations. From May 14, 2025, to August 12, 2025, reduced tariff rates will apply to orders containing affected products. Orders placed after this time may be subject to higher tariff charges.

Q: How can I tell which products are affected? 

A: Check the Product Details section on each product page to see where the item is manufactured. Products made in China are the most likely to be affected by tariff changes.

Q: Will I need to pay any extra charges when my order arrives in the U.S.?

A: No, you won't need to pay additional charges on arrival if ordered between the 90-day period. We've included any applicable tariff costs in the final price at checkout; this is why your order may appear more expensive now than earlier in the year. However, there may still be slight delays during shipping due to additional customs processing. 

Q: What if I've already placed an order for affected products?

A: If you have placed an order before the May 14 2025, you may see some additional costs upon delivery. However, these should be significantly lower than originally expected. 

Q: How long will these products be available? 

A: Although we cannot guarantee availability beyond August 12, 2025, we are actively working on long-term solutions to keep these products online for our U.S. customers.

A: We'll notify you via email about any important updates regarding product availability or tariff changes. For the most current information, we also recommend checking official U.S. government channels.
