Q: What are the opening hours? 

Wednesday 15 October: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Thursday 16 October: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Q: Where is the Lando Store Pop Up? 

A: The pop-up shop is located at 1011 S Congress Ave, Suite 120, Austin, Texas, 78704

Q: What products will be available?

A: We'll be selling a mix of products from the Grandstand Collection, including two new Football Jerseys.

We will also have our new Race Dept collection available, which is dropping online at the same time - Wednesday October 15.

Q: What sizes are available?

A: We have our usual range of sizes available, including a kids’ option.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Card payments only - we do not accept cash.

Q: Can I return items if they don't fit?

A: All sales are final and cannot be returned, so please ensure you're happy with your purchase before buying.

DIGITAL QUEUE

Q: How does the store queue work? 

A: During busy periods, we'll be running a digital queue system. Simply arrive at the store, scan the QR code, and fill out your details. When it's your turn to shop, you'll receive a text/email notification.

This means no waiting in a long physical queue - you can explore South Congress, grab a coffee, or shop nearby while you wait.

Q: Can I join the queue in advance or for a specific time?

A: No, the QR code and waitlist are for same-day use only. You cannot select a specific time slot or join the queue for the following day.

Q: How long do I have to return once I'm notified?

A: You'll have 15 minutes from receiving your alert to return to the store. If you miss this time window, you will be removed from the queue and will need to rejoin.

Q: Do I need to join the digital queue if I'm just picking up a Click + Collect order?

A: No, Click + Collect orders have a separate pick-up station and do not require joining the in-store shopping queue.

CLICK + COLLECT

Q: Is Click + Collect available? 

A: Yes! Click + Collect will be available, subject to stock and time slot availability. New time slots will be added daily at 12pm CDT for the following day.

Q: How do I place a Click + Collect order?

A: Visit popup.landonorris.store/, select your items, and choose an available time slot at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.

When your order is ready for pick up you will recieve another email with a QR code, please make sure this code is easily accessible on arrival.

Q: Where do I pick up my Click + Collect order from?

A: Orders placed through Click + Collect will be serviced from a separate entrance at 1120 Music Ln, Austin, TX 78704.

Q: What if I want to enter the store?

A: Anyone wanting to have the full Lando x Monster experience within the store will have to join the digital queue on arrival.

Q: What if I miss my pick-up time?

A: If you do not pick up your order within 30 minutes after the given time, your order will be cancelled and you will lose your Click + Collect slot.
