How can I make sure my order arrives before the 25th of December?

Please refer to your region's final shipping date to allow the highest chance of receiving your order before the 25th of December 2025. Each region has a varying cut-off date, check yours below: 

Friday 5th December: Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and Rest of the World (ROW)

Monday 15th December: Europe

Wednesday 17th December: USA

Friday 19th December: United Kingdom

What happens if I order after my region's final shipping date?

Orders placed after the final shipping date may not arrive in time for the holidays.

What is the returns policy for purchases made during the holiday season?

For purchases made between December 1st 2025 and December 24th 2025, the return window is extended to the January 9th.

Does the return need to arrive back to the warehouse by the 8th of January 2026?

 No, you just need to contact customer service to initiate the return by January 9th 2026. The product does not need to arrive at the warehouse by this date.
