How can I make sure my order arrives before the 25th of December?

Please refer to your region's final shipping date to allow the highest chance of receiving your order before the 25th of December 2024. Each region has a varying cut-off date, check yours below:

4th December: Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and Rest of the World (ROW)

11th December: USA and Europe

18th December: United Kingdom

Orders placed after the final shipping date may not arrive in time for the holidays.

What is the returns policy for purchases made during the holiday season?

For purchases made between 3rd December and 24th December, the return window is extended to 8th January.

Does the return need to arrive back to the warehouse by the 8th of January 2025?

No, you just need to contact customer service to initiate the return by January 8th 2025. The product does not need to arrive at the warehouse by this date.
